PET bottle specialists
We have been processing waste for more than 16 years, but since January 2017 we have specialised in the purchase and sorting of PET bottles, which we supply to major European manufacturers.
Thorough manual sorting ends in the compactor, where we press the PET bottles into bales sorted by colour. Since June 2018, we have been sorting bottles with an innovative optical sorting line, which is one of the most efficient sorting lines in Central Europe and allows us to sort up to 3 tonnes of materials per hour and clean them of unwanted contamination. Precise control at the outlet guarantees clients perfectly sorted material by colour.
This line was built without support from EU funds or state subsidies.
Automatic sorting system
Our modern sorting line allows us to positively sort PET bottles based on colour, resulting in bales sorted into transparent, green, blue, red, yellow and brown in the output.
By hand sorting, we were able to process about 700 kilograms of waste per hour with 10 people. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology from the German company Tomra, we are able to increase the sorting capacity to 3 tonnes of waste per hour. After mechanical re-sorting, we guarantee a minimum of 95% purity of the material, but we try to increase this figure even further at the output by human inspection.
The main focus of our activities
We help children with different types of illness, but also schools.
For every ton of soft drink lids collected, we donate a monetary donation to a cancer patient. The funds raised can be used by patients to purchase medications, medical supplies and improve their difficult battle with a serious illness. Individuals, groups and collectives can participate in the collection to provide targeted help and financial support to those battling a serious illness. Similarly, we also support registered schools to buy teaching and sports equipment with the collected caps.
Please ATTENTION!!! The lids of different types of products are made of different types of materials. For this project we are only collecting soft drink caps!!! This does not include lids from fabric softeners, liquid powders, kindervajec or coffee or other types of packaging, much less batteries. Mixing these types creates problems for subsequent recycling.

For the third month we are processing bag collections from all over Slovakia
With the development of the bag collection, we have started to help cities to tackle waste sorting. Our new partners include - Nová Baňa, Žarnovica, Banská Štiavnica.
We sort Pet bottles, HDPE bottles, PP buckets, paper, ALU cans, FE cans and other materials according to the client's needs. But not everything that people put into yellow bags and kuka bins really belongs there. Think about what you are throwing in your plastic waste!
